Cheat Day Recap
Just to give everyone an idea of what cheat day is like, I present to you…YESTERDAY.
BREAKFAST
2 spoonfuls of sauerkraut
2 egg spinach and mushroom omelette
~1/2 cup of black-eyed peas
Green tea with cinnamon
Glass of grapefruit juice
SNACK
Snickers bar
2 chocolate chip cookies
2 glasses of water with lemon
LUNCH
Rueben sandwich on 9-grain bread (Common Market)
Vegan pumpkin spice...

Downside
I work out and diet 6 days a week. On the seventh, I eat whatever I want in a controlled fashion (sorta) and only lightly work out. Turns out, that one day of hedonism destroys my drive to work out. Or maybe it’s personal issues getting in the way of my drive.

Breakfast: Hardboiled egg.
Lunch: Carrots…yep.
Dinner!: Grilled chicken strips with honey mustard. Steamed asparagus spears. Kidney beans. Woo!

Really Late Breakfast: Salad with black beans.
Really Late Lunch: Salad with hardboiled egg and tomato.
Standard Time Dinner: Salmon with black beans and celery sticks (and a glass of red wine).

Breakfast: Kale w/ onions and pinto beans.
Dinner: Fajita chicken salad.
Snack: Mixed nuts.

Today was kind of fucked, meal/schedule-wise.
I did not eat prior to 8pm.
Yes I know that is not healthy. It was not intentional.
Dinner: Soup w/ um, aaaaah…it was canned. It had everything in it.
Also Dinner: Kale w/ onions and pinto beans.
Snack: Celery w/ peanut butter. Kickin’ it old-school.
